Fujifilm X-T100
A metal body and a viewfinder for six hundred dollars.
Short answer
The X-T100 is an entry-level Fujifilm with a 24.2MP Bayer sensor, an aluminium top plate and a three-way tilting screen. It has 11 film simulations. Its 4K video runs at 15 frames per second, which makes it unusable for practical video.
The X-T100 looks like an X-T20 and costs a third as much. The build quality is genuinely good for the price, with an aluminium top plate and three real dials. The compromises are all in what happens after you press the shutter.

The 4K problem
4K records at 15 frames per second. That is not slow motion or a limitation you work around: it is a frame rate that looks broken in normal playback. Treat the X-T100 as a 1080p camera and it is fine.
Continuous autofocus is also weak, and the buffer fills quickly at 6 fps.
What is good about it
The three-way tilting screen, which flips out and up for selfies as well as tilting for waist-level work. The aluminium top plate and real dials, which feel far more expensive than the price. And the full colour simulation set, minus ACROS.
As a cheap camera to learn on with a 35mm f/2, it is pleasant to use in a way most entry-level cameras are not.

Verdict
The X-T100 is a nicely built stills camera at a very low price. Do not buy it for video under any circumstances.
