Short answer
The X-T200 is an entry-level Fujifilm using a 24.2MP Bayer sensor rather than X-Trans. It has a 3.5-inch vari-angle touchscreen, a viewfinder, 4K/30p video and 11 film simulations, but no ACROS.
Fujifilm’s entry-level bodies use conventional Bayer sensors, not X-Trans. That is the honest headline of the X-T200: you get the film simulations and the Fujifilm colour science, but not the sensor design the brand is known for.

What a Bayer sensor changes
Two things. There is no ACROS, because the film simulation is tied to the X-Trans processing pipeline, so black and white is Monochrome and its filter variants only.
The colour science is the same, so Provia, Velvia, Astia and Classic Chrome all render as they should. In practice most people cannot tell a Bayer Fujifilm colour file from an X-Trans one at normal sizes.
That screen
3.5 inches at 2.76 million dots in a 16:9 shape, which is bigger and sharper than the screen on an X-T5. For a camera aimed at people upgrading from a phone, that is the right priority.
It is a vari-angle design, so it works for video and self-recording, and the camera weighs only 370 grams.

Verdict
The X-T200 is a fine first camera and a poor upgrade. If black and white matters to you at all, spend more on an X-T30 and get ACROS.

Common questions
Does the X-T200 have X-Trans?
No. It uses a conventional Bayer sensor. The colour simulations are the same; ACROS is not available.
X-T200 or X-T30?
The X-T30 for the X-Trans sensor, ACROS and much better autofocus. The X-T200 only if the price gap is large or you want the bigger screen.
