Fujifilm X-T30 II
A better screen, more simulations, same excellent body.
Short answer
The X-T30 II is a modest update to the X-T30: the same 26.1MP sensor and X-Processor 4, but with a higher-resolution 1.62M-dot screen, a larger autofocus buffer and 18 film simulations including Classic Negative and ETERNA Bleach Bypass.
Fujifilm rarely ships a camera this incremental. The X-T30 II is the X-T30 with a better screen and newer firmware baked in, which sounds dismissive until you realise the X-T30 was already very good.

What actually changed
The rear screen went from 1.04 to 1.62 million dots, which is the only difference you can see. Internally the autofocus algorithms and simulation set came forward, so you get Classic Negative, ETERNA and Bleach Bypass that the original X-T30 shipped without.
Everything else — sensor, processor, body, dials, battery — is unchanged.
X-T30 II or X-T30 III?
The III moves to X-Processor 5, which brings subject detection autofocus, 6.2K video, the film simulation dial and the full twenty simulations.
If you can find a II cheap, it takes an almost identical photograph. If autofocus on moving subjects matters, the III is a real step up.

Verdict
